Eyebrow Microblading

Eyebrows microblading are a form of permanent makeup that can help you look naturally beautiful. Above everything else, microblading tattoo eyebrows is a safe and harmless process after which you won’t have to spend hours perfecting your brow game. Here’s what you can expect from the eyebrow microblading NYC procedure.

How Do You Start?

Before starting, I’ll take into account your facial features, existing brows shape, and how you want your brows to appear. Next, I’ll draw on your brows to show how they’ll look in the end. Once we’re on the same page, we’ll discuss colors, which include ombre eyebrows or combination eyebrows. After that, we’ll discuss whether you want permanent makeup eyebrow or semi-permanent eyebrows.

Another critical step in the pre-microblading process is measurements. First, using a ruler or caliper, I’ll measure the position of your new brows to ensure they’re equal in size. The next step entails drawing on your eyebrows using a pencil. And don’t worry if the appearance isn’t perfect or what you imagined; remember, the look isn’t final. I can always tweak it according to your requirements.

What Does Eyebrow Microblading Entail?

I start the procedure by mixing the ingredients to be deposited into your skin. Since I’m thoroughly concerned with your overall well-being, I only use FDA-approved pigment. After that, I’ll use a special tool to make incisions in your skin. And if the thought of that troubles your mind, rest assured. I’ll apply a numbing cream to ease the pain.

Once the process has been completed, your eyebrows will appear dark and reddish. But don’t be alarmed. This is a part of the process. However, I do recommend you visit my salon for semi-permanent makeup eyebrows at least two weeks before attending a big event or flying off the vacation. This way, your eyebrows would get enough time to heal. And you can expect your eyebrows to remain like this for at least two years.

What should I do post-microblading?

  • Keep away from water for the first 24 hours.
  • Don’t do activities that make you sweat, like exercising or walking in the sun.
  • Once the color starts to peel, let it. Don’t touch your eyebrows at this stage.
  • The color will fade first before appearing back again, so remain patient.
